Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

  • Delivery Locations (United States/Canada/Europe/Asia/Australia)

    Purchases made through this Website can be delivered to United States, Canada and Europe. To ensure the safe delivery of the order, you must inform us of the delivery address, the city and the postal code of your location as well as your telephone number. Customer service in any case will contact you to confirm the shipment and inform you about the tracking number of your order.

  • For each location, the following apply:

    Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmed deposit of the value of the product. Purchases made -before 15:00- from Monday to Friday, start preparing the next day, and -depending on the location- are shipped the next business day, including Saturday, where there is a delivery service for Saturday. If you need additional information about the delivery, contact us over telephone by calling/texting +30-211-11-85360 or Mobile + 30-697-565-4225. Customer Service Department is available daily from 9:00 to 20:00 and 10:00-17: 00 Saturday and Sunday. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Please carefully review the package for possible damage before signing and accepting it.

  • Shipping to United States - Cost - Time

    a) After each purchase, we send a message asking for address confirmation.

    b) Standard Shipping Method (5$) includes tracking number, requires signature and delivery time can reach up to 10 working days. If you can not sign, please provide us with an alternative address.

    c) If you choose "Fedex Express-Phone Required-3 Days Delivery", (14$) you will receive your package from Fedex (3 days delivery time). Please provide us with a phone number so that agent is able to deliver it to you.

  • Shipping to Canada - Cost - Time

    a) After each purchase, we send a message asking for address confirmation.

    b) If you choose "Fedex Express-Phone Required-5Days Delivery", (15$) you will receive your package from Fedex (5 days delivery time). Please provide us with a phone number so that agent is able to deliver it to you.

  • Shipping to Europe - Cost - Time

    a) After each purchase, we send a message asking for address confirmation.

    b) Standard Shipping Method (5$) includes tracking number, requires signature and delivery time can reach up to 10 working days. If you can not sign, please provide us with an alternative address. Express Shipping option is also available.

  • Delivery Problems

    If the delivery of your order has been delayed, please contact Customer Service. Customer Service Department traces shipments, so its most likely we contact you first in case we notice a malfunction concerning our mail carrier service.
